So. I took the Body cover off My New Bright Wolf
The sensor is a resistive load sensor. The resistance changes as the motor gets hot. Solder the wires back onto the board and whilst keeping the model off of the ground, put it into drive mode. If it doesn't go, then wet your finger and bridge the two solder points on the sensor. Don't worry, you will not get any electric shock as the voltage and current are too low. If it still doesn't drive, then wiggle the motor wiring at the motor. If still nothing, then press lightly on that sensor pcb. There may be a broken track on it. If it is broken, then you cannot solder it. You then need to go to Maplins (if in the UK) and buy a small bottle of pure silver paint. Where the solder points meet the circuit resistive track (it'll be black carbon looking), paint one blob of silver conductive paint onto each of the track beginnings. Let those dry (five minutes) and then try it. It should work. The silver paint will only work if the wet finger trick on the black carbon track works. If no carbon track, then it may be a thermal resistor (thermistor). Replace it. Maplin sells them too, so just buy a few different types (very cheap) and temporarily solder one in place until it works.

New bright santas christmas express no, 187 train wont smoke
This goes back about 40 years for me. Both Lionel and TYCO had "smokers" in their train sets. My recollection was that the "special smoke oil" was a mixture of very highly refined kerosene and parafin wax. Try a hobby shop such as Hobby Town or some such.
Engine not working
Check fuel...then check radiator... Then check spark plug... At last go to service station...
How do I take apart the New Bright Power Horse Tower Crane TC36 to fix the tangled strings inside?
WOO HOO I FIGURED IT OUT!!!! You have to pull it apart from the base up. First thing I did was take off the feet. If you look down the tower potion you can see a screw. Then u took off the tower. I figured out that if you just lined up the black square portion it would have come apart with just the one screw. Anyways now there is 2 more screws to get. 3 total to take the new bright tc36 tower crane apart. They are hard to see, but once the base is off you can get at em. Good luck everyone.

Holiday express animated train set no.387 was given to me and I have not instructions or track lay-out? HELP
The track layout is simple enough, there are 12 straight peice of tracks and 12 curved tracks. So you can make it one big circle and not use the straight tracks or add 1-6 on each sidewith straight track and you'll have a long oval. Or have 1-4 on each side then add 1-4 after the third curved track of each circlular end to have a big type oval style. Some lites lite up right when you push the power switch on and the remaining lights will work once the train is in motion.
Are transformers for the 387 and 384 interchangable?
Check the output of the transformer going INTO the controler. Mine is 19VAC. IF the controler is working you should measure 25VDC between the inner and outer track with the controller switched on. If you have the AC but not the DC voltage push the red reset button. Once you have the 25VDC put your train in place (engine and coal car) and it should run.
Cars light problems
you say you have checked connections and are goodcheck the connections individually remove one car at a time check to see if it works go through the process of eliminating each rail carnarrow it down untill you find the faulty car it might be a fault in just one carhope this helps you
New Bright, F-150, Red Thunder
Get new battery, I have 4 batteries, all will turn it on, get horn lights, sound. 2 do the exact same thing yours is doing, 1 runs about 5 min then starts into your problem, 1 is good and will run for about 20 mins.
I need to find a
A 1:14 Mudslinger requires a 6 Volt battery. Not a 19.2 Volt. Now when you go purchase this battery make sure it says 6 Volt not a 6 Cell. Here is the style battery you need.
http://www.all-battery.com/6vrccarreceiverbattery.aspx
Starting from the top left you can choose the first 5 depending on the shape of the one you have for the RC and the mAh you want. The term mAh indicaters milliamp hours. Basically how long the battery will last. More bang for your buck basically. But they cost more too. They will all function the same. But the ones with less mAh will run out of juice sooner and have to be charged. All these connect the same way from the same style connector. So don't worry about that. Hope this helps.

Tony

I don't know where to get a charger
all toys like these and many other devices regularly have different sized chargers, but the current running through them is the same, if you can find something that fits into the charger, it will work. additionally, you could go to any electronics store and buy a universal charger, which comes with voltage changers and different heads to fit all voltage requirements, and all plug size requirements.
I have two 380 Holiday
Hi,
Sorry to say but New Bright does have these replacement parts hence you need to try hardware stores to see whether you can get a similar adapter . Check the V and the power it should not be an issue.
Thanks
