probably there is a virus that's why mcafe cant run. i will suggest reinstall windows formatting your windows partition . and install antivirus without opening other partition.

some one have lock it. go to windows drive. normally go to C:/Windows?system32/driver/etc there you should see a file name HOST. open host file in noetpad and see if there is a address like you.com or facebook.com remove it. if there was not this addresses then just instal a proxy software like hotspot shield Enjoy
