Why wont the wireless usb card show up on my pc

Go to this link and download the driver that is for your specific model and OS. Install the software PRIOR to plugging the unit in. If the installation requires to reboot, then reboot the system prior to plugging the adapter into the USB port.

My router cuts off every

It is possible that the router has burned up. Router hardware usually does not last to long due to the extreme heat inside. You can repair them by buying hardware and fixing them yourself, but usually it is cheaper to buy a router. I would say a router, that lasts awhile, would cast anywhere from $40-$100.
Good luck :)

Forgot my password how do

Hi friend,
As you have mentioned that you have forgot the password for the router, so you can reset the router to factory settings by pressing the "RESET" button on the back of the router. It is a very samll button and you need a paper clip to press it.
What you need to do is, you need to take the paper clip, put it in a small hole on the back of the router and press and hold the button for atleast 30 seconds.
Once you release the button, the router will come back to its factory settings.
NOTE: If you will reset the router, all the settings on the router for Ethernet and the Wireless will be lost and the router needs to be reconfigured.

Hi i would like the wep key to my router please..

Hello

OK, firstly, your WEP code the a personal security code of the router, which secures your network.
This code is usually on the back, or bottom of the router. If you have personalised the router, you will need to log into the router and change the SSID name of the router. After you have changed the SSID of the router, you will be able to change the WEP code.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need any further assistance.

Kind regards

I need to make sure

You can use the netstat -a command to find out which ports are open on a local Linux/Unix or Windows system (Figure 1), but netstat can't be used remotely across a network. netstat.gif

FIGURE 1: The netstat command can be used from the Linux or Windows command line to check on
open ports on the local computer.

If 3074(TCP & UDP) port is not opened on the router, refer: http://www.netopia.com/support/hardware/technotes/CQG_025.html for further step-by-step assistance.

For any further help/support, revert!

Thanks for asking..

Can't use Terminal Services through the router,

Sounds like a firewall issue on the computer that you are trying to RDP/VPN from, or possibly that these services have not been allowed through the routers firewall.

Log on to the routers web configuration page, and see if there is the option to allow these services through.

Dear Sir or Madam: Subject:

This device - Netopia 3D Reach Wireless Adapter - is just that, an adapter. Outlook has nothing to do with it, it doesn't even know it exists. It's used to allow a computer to connect wirelessly to a wired router, and from there to the internet.
If the computer can't connect to the internet then you must configure it to use correctly the adapter. For that you must open the Wireless network setup wizard, select your local U-Verse router from the ones available and connect to it.
If the computer can connect to the internet but not Outlook then you must configure it and the router accordingly. For that follow this
