YES IS RIGHT THE ADAPTER IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR OSAND IT MEANS THAT THE DRIVER IS NOT FOR WIN7.BUT I WONDER IF YOUS PC HAD AN INTEGRATE WIRELESS CARD.TRY TO FIND IT.GO TO MY COMPUTER RIGHT CLICK AND SELECT MANAGE THE IN THE NEXT SCREEN CLICK ON DEVICE MANAGER AND LOOK FOR NETWORK ADAPTER.THE WIRELESS NTE-ADAPTER SHOULD BE THERE AS WIRELESS ADAPTER AND ALSO THE ETHERNET ADAPTER.

unless you have wrote it down i dont think you can, you will just have to use a new code and apply it to the existing computers

If you are using wireless then you can increase speed with wireless channel type. You can also configure it with below method.
Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. If you are still not able to access router with above ip then you need to RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults..Then you can access it with above method. Then click on wireless->wireless channel change it to 3 or 6 or 11 then save settings and restart router. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

• If this was given to you together with a self-install cd just use that. Its easier.

This is an older unit and drivers are not available for any OS beyond XP service pack 1. You can try to use the XP drivers in windows 7, but this is not recommended as they may not work, and you may experience other problems such as crashes and system instability.

If you have a working Windows wireless machine, you can extract the key from the Windows machine and use it on your other devices.

You can learn the WEP or WPA key in use which you can then use on other devices.
If there are no other working wireless devices, you will need to log on to your access point and reset the password there. The instructions for that depend on your access point. You can not use netopia model TER/GUSB2-N USB wireless card on your XBOX 360 due to compatibility issue's, Microsoft design XBOX to use only it's own wireless networking adoptor.

You dont need a Cdrom to set this up.

Open IE or any other browser and type in http://192.168.1.254 (Default)
then input your dsl info and walla you should be good for default dsl connection.

If using Windows XP: Go to Start/Control Panel/Switch to classic view/Windows Firewall/Turn off Firewall.
Windows Vista/7 Start/Control Panel/View By Large Icons/Windows Firewall/Turn off Firewall.

First access the modem with the default ip addy. maybe 192.168.1.*
(*=1,2,3,4... 254)

From home screen click wireless - in wireless setting you would not be able to see the KEY if wireless is disabled thus enable it by checking the box. Your wep key would be displayed in the smaller window at the bottom.

Try browsing to http://192.168.1.254, which is the default address of the router from the factory. If it's been changed you'll have to find the address of your computers 'default gateway' and use that instead.

Username is 'admin' and the default password is the serial number printed on the router itself.

Once into the router, you should be able to find the firewall settings and adjust them as necessary.

click on the s/w update and you will get it in case that also don't work then kindly look down the page.

1.open the router
2. get a tester
3. remove the led bulb that is not working (because to led sometimes breaks because of to much blinking
4. test it if it work
5. or if busted replace it
6. the important thing is its working
7.if you cant open it try bringing it in a computer shop

you need to open the following ports up on your router
Xbox Live 360 requires you to forward the following ports: 53,80,88,1863,3074.
either open the ports for all devices or give your xbox a static ip and open the ports above for it.
