Press and hold the reset button at the back of the router for 10 seconds. This will place the router in factory default mode. Re-enter all the information.

there might be a setting in the digiland dl 9002 to forget wi fi connection in the wi fi list of possible wi fi networks.

or reset the unit
they apparently have a small hole that you put a paper clip into and push hidden button to reset the tablets settings to factory default.
With tablet back camera facing you there should be a hole at left bottom corner of back of tablet .
Press and hold this in with the paper clip or a tooth pick
unit should power down
then press power button to power back up
it should be reset to factory defaults

If that model is similar to their other routers, then there is a drop-down box in the top right corner after you login, where you can pick the language. Mine was set to "Auto" by default.

It sounds like it's not configured to be a DHCP server. It should be a setting you can turn on. Login to the router. You may need to manually set your computer's IP to be in the same subnet as the router so that you can do so. The default address for the Netgear 7550 would be, so you'll have to set your computer's IP to something like, and then browse to the above address. Username and password are both "admin". If that IP doesn't work, try setting your computer's IP to, and browse to, then look for a "DHCP Server" setting in the Local Area Network section, and make sure it's checked.

I'm not sure what you tried, but I'll run through the things I'd do, and hopefully there's one you haven't tried yet.
First, you should be connected with a physical cable and not trying to login wirelessly.
If you've done a factory reset, and you can get to the login page, but it just won't log in, but it's not complaining about the password being incorrect, it could be an issue with the browser. For example, it may be trying to run a Java app and the settings in the browser are disabling it. You can either look into that, or I've found that Netgear offers free application called "Netgear Genie" which you can download from their website, which allows you to do all the same things to service your router, but it's done from an actual program that runs on your computer, instead of running inside a browser. I had a netgear router that wouldn't communicate at all via the browser, and I was able to get in using this program.

For finding security code of Netgear WGR 614 router follow the steps-

1. Login the Admin.
2. Click on Advanced
3. Go to the Administration
4. Click on Set password
5. Enter old password.
6. Enter New password.
7. Repeat New password.

Try to reset the router. Pull the power plug, wait a few seconds and turn it back in. Most of the time this will help.

You say that connecting the internet cable straight to the laptop works. If connecting it to the desktop works, you have a bad router.

This is usually up address conflict. You will have to assign the wifi or lap top to different IP addresses. You have to refer to the modem manufacturers instructions or search on net / YouTube how to do this. It's too detailed to do it here I think.
