try heating water not milk if not you need to open the machine to replace terminal safety or even heating element

pull and re-enter properly maybe the system is not registering the waste bin

try pressing them both at the same time it will change the way its flashing and then it will come to normal but press both at the same time

you probably have used a damaged capsule or the piston is broken or stuck you need to realise it slowly without using to much pressure

you probably have a stuke capsule you will need to realise capsule from were the coffee come out slowly to realise the pressure

check if the whisker is turning or had stopped or try using it on the cold side which is the blue light first

try looking into youtube. or even not doing as needed or as it should be done if you don't get it to work let me know I must remove all tray and water tank to make thing work will look into it for you some systems don't work that simple

wait my friend to get the steam you need to get the water first also check for an airlock or even blockage

try doing descaling ferst

Under warranty, return it for a repair/replacement.

at the back of the water tank which is inside the tank, there should be a floater that will correspond to the internal PCB commands or if you like sensor. if what is full floater should go up if the water is low floater is down.

you probably have used the machine without water and not you have an airlock in the system .you will have to try flushing the system only on the cold side to help the machine to work but you have to use it few seconds at a time to avoid for over haeting the water pump.

it will do that if the filters are not kept clean

you will have to open the machine cover to fix it if it's automatic don't try to use it. it will only make thing wors do not use a capsule with any dents at the back of it the piston will break everything

it sounds like you don't have enough water come blockage or luck of incoming water if you have a filter in the water tank remove it and try again

check plate if it's blocked. does water come out without a capsule?

you may have to pull up very slowly the handle as it may be that the capsule is stuck or even broken if you pull the handle hard you will brake the piston

does the machine blink red? it could be that the NTC probe is faulty or the boiler dead

1 do you have a water tank in place? 2 does the water tank leak on its own? if all is well check the broken seal from under the tank or pipe.

it seems to be the problem is in the valve or if you like to call it solenoid valve. this can stop the operation from doing as expected if you have a water filter remove it to avoid any blockage.
