I have a neptune MAH5500B the unit is NOT filling up with water { hot or cold }

The Inlet Valves have failed, or the power to them has failed.

Neptune MAH6500AWW washing machine will drain, but will not spin. We don't see a wax motor or any burnt places on the control board. On quick spin the washer shuts off after two minutes

most machines will have a single motor that can go both directions and utilize both sides of the spindle, with either a clutch system or transmission on one side and the pump on the other...

Suddenly the start button on my ‘03 Neptune stackable washer isn’t working. It starts when I push the button, but stops the instant I release it. The machine will fill if I keep holding the button in, but after exactly 10 seconds it stops (even while continuing to hold the button in). Wanting to empty the tub of what little water had gone into the machine, I kept holding the start button until it seemed sufficient. Nothing changes if I try to press against the door while holding start. Clothes are all completely inside the machine. Is this worth waiting weeks for a repairman and parts? This is only the second time in 17 years that we’ve had trouble with this machine.

It is most likely due to the door latching switch. That is a high point of failure and wear. If you post the model number I can look for parts for you.

My magtag Neptune drying center displays h l every once in a while when I use my Dryer for a while. What does It mean? I seem to think i May have to much in it. Seeing my washer is new an is a larger capacity. Once I turn it off and turn it back on and reduce the load it seems fine. But once it flashes that code it reduces the time remaining down to like 10 min. I just want to make sure it’s nothing major I need to be concerned about. Ty

As it display this only sometimes it usually you are not cleaning out the filter enough make sure u clean these thourly and u should b ok

May tag Neptune MAH5500BWW will not agitate or spin with a load. washer runs perfectly empty on all cycles. with load I get an Lr code. no fuse or burn marks on the motor control board?

worst case its the transmission motor but it can be as easy as replacing the doglegs that makes it agitate

My May tag Neptune washer stopped draining. I think my son jerked the door open while water was still in it. The door shuts but the lock door light doesn't come on hence the washer want start.

door switch is damaged and will need replacing should not be able to open the door in use. machine will only work when it knows the door is locked.

I have a Neptune MAH5500B and the door won't inlock. It started first with the RL code and I unplugged machine and started it again and that's when the door will not unlock.

RL seems to be saying that there is a fault in the door lock itself it is not making the circuit unplug the machine take the top off and push the drum to the rear and use a chubby screwdriver to remove the door lock don't forget to remember where the wires where fitted in order to replace it with a new door switch go onto the Neptune web site for a new one eric
