Neff dishwasher tap light flashing -
If your Neff dishwasher is showing a flashing tap light, it typically indicates a water supply issue. Here's a short guide to address the problem:
- Check Water Supply: Ensure the water supply valve under the sink is fully open.
- Filter & Hose: Examine the inlet hose for kinks or bends and the filter at the connection point for blockages.
- Water Pressure: Low water pressure can also trigger this warning. Verify that your home's water pressure is adequate.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, there might be a more complex problem, such as a faulty water inlet valve or a problem with the dishwasher's control system. In such cases, consulting the user manual or contacting Neff customer support for further assistance would be advisable.
Neff U1422 oven grill tripping RCD
The grill element has an internal short and needs replacing. Sometimes you can see it as a slight bulging of the element. This happens just before it blows a hole. It may also have been physically damaged when something was put in there after a few Sherries. :>D Sounds like your RCD is adequately sensitive.

NEFF Hob Wok Ignition Not Working.
It sounds like there may be an issue with the ignition system specifically for the wok burner. Here are a few potential causes:
- Faulty Ignition Head: The ignition head may not be generating enough spark to ignite the gas. Since you mentioned that a weak spark can be seen when foil is placed between the ignition head and earth, this could indicate a weak spark from the ignition head.
- Dirty Ignition Head: If the ignition head is dirty or covered in grime, it may not be able to generate a strong spark. You can try cleaning the ignition head with a soft brush or a toothbrush to remove any debris or buildup.
- Loose Connections: Check to make sure all the electrical connections for the ignition system are tight and secure. A loose connection could cause the ignition to fail.
- Faulty Spark Module: The spark module provides power to the ignition system. If it's faulty, the ignition may not work properly. However, since the other burners are working fine, it's less likely that the spark module is the issue.
If none of these solutions work, it may be best to call a professional to diagnose and repair the issue.

My NEFF integrated dishwasher will not fill
It sounds like there may be an issue with the control board or programming of your NEFF dishwasher. The fact that the impeller runs and the rotor arms spin when water is manually added to the sump, but the controller does not call for water when the sump is empty suggests that there is a problem with the communication between the control board and the water inlet valve.
The round white device you mentioned that is located in the water inlet before the water inlet valve is likely a flow meter. It is used to measure the amount of water flowing into the dishwasher and send a signal to the control board to indicate when the appropriate amount of water has been reached. This device could be malfunctioning and preventing the control board from requesting water.
It's also possible that the problem is with the level float and plunger that operate the micro switch you mentioned. If the float and plunger are not working correctly, the control board may be receiving incorrect information about the water level in the sump and preventing the dishwasher from filling with water.
It is best to check the user manual for the dishwasher, it will have the troubleshooting section, you can try the solution mentioned there. If the problem persists, it is best to contact NEFF customer service or an appliance repair professional for further assistance.
Neff combi oven - Cuts out after replacing glass in door Neff C67M70N3GB
I have two thoughts, both guesswork based on knowledge gained by researching answers here on Fixya.
If you removed the door completely, the safety microswitches need re-adjusting. The door and hinges usually has three or sometimes 4 to make it impossible to use the oven with the door open.
Or, modern ovens have a safety catch under the glass edges that won't allow the oven to work if there is NO glass on the inside, or no glass on the outside. In other words, there must be 2 (or 3) panes of glass to stop children, old folks and pets getting burned by door glass that is the same temperature as a oven.
The final possibility is that the microwave failing is coincidental and not related to the door glass being replaced!
Neff T18FD36X0/01 display flickering, not staying on.
If the display on your Neff T18FD36X0/01 appliance is flickering and not staying on, there could be a problem with the control board or the display module itself. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the power supply: Make sure that the appliance is getting power by checking the outlet and the power cord. You can also try plugging in another appliance to see if the outlet is working properly.
- Check the control board: If the power supply is fine, the next step is to check the control board. Turn off the power to the appliance and remove the control panel cover to access the control board. Look for any loose wires, damaged connectors or burnt components. If you find any issues, you may need to replace the control board.
- Check the display module: If the control board is fine, the issue may be with the display module itself. Remove the control panel cover and locate the display module. Check the connections and make sure they are secure. If the connections are fine, the display module may need to be replaced.
- Call a professional: If you are not comfortable troubleshooting or repairing the appliance yourself, it is best to call a professional technician. They will be able to diagnose the issue and recommend the best course of action.
Remember to always turn off the power to the appliance before attempting any repairs or troubleshooting. Safety should be your top priority.
