I have a 3205FA Necchi Royal Series sewing machine. I oil and clean my machine on a regular basis, so I feel that is not the problem. The hand wheel runs freely until it reaches a certain point and seizes a bit. After it passes that point it then releases until it rotates almost a full rotation then seizes slightly again. When I take out the bobbin, bobbin case and hook the machine runs very smoothly. My needle is not hitting anything when the bobbin, bobbin case and hook are in the machine. Please, is there anything else I can check to fix this problem?

Necchi 522 sewing machine. My thread will get stuck in the tension and break. It will thread perfectly and run and then it will just tighten up in there and break or when I was threading it after it goes through the tension and through the middle of the tension discs you can't pull it because it's sticking. I try to make sure that it's threaded correctly in the discs and the thread catcher but it will just all of a sudden stop and break. Any suggestions
