NEC 22 phone system with 4 incoming lines, lines 1 through 3 are voice lines, line 4 is a fax/internet line. Would like to program so line 4 does not ring for incoming fax call.

Hi I have a NEC NP500ws, the unit would not turn on and the lamp light is steady red, and status light is steady green. I changed the light bulb, but the problem remains.

We need to setup a voicemail for our business DT300 NEC phone that will then divert the caller to the relevant dept eg to speak to a pharmacist press 1, to speak to a Beauty advisor Press 2 etc.
