NEC LT240 has Power, Status & Lamp indicators lit & wont turn on!
If your bulb finally reaches it's end before you have the chance to replace it you unit will shut itself down and go into a permanent standby mode. Changing the bulb alone will not remedy the issue. The solution is quite simple but not posted in the manual or anywhere else that I could find for that matter! All that is required is to hold down the HELP button on your remote for 10 seconds while aiming at the infrared sensor on the unit. This will reset the units bulb timer and remove it from the standby mode.

Nec lt260 turns on but has a display problem
Hello.
Some suggestions from NEC support:
Use the menu to select your source (RGB 1/2, Video, S-Video, Viewer or LAN).
• Ensure your cables are connected properly.
• Use menus to adjust the brightness and contrast.
• Remove the lens cap.
• Reset the settings or adjustments to factory preset levels using the Factory Default in the Adjustment Menu.
Hope this helps.
