Outside callers, only get an operators voicemail, when your phone can't be reached. For whatever reason. No contact to a cell, switched off, airplane mode, you name it. Then when you have contact to the provider, you should setup your voicemail, the way your provider would like you to do.

We had this same problem. In our case it turned out that a little bit of plastic broke off of a tab on the inside of the plastic lamp cover. Without that piece it was not pressing against the sensor that tells the projector that the lamp cover is closed. Without that, it doesn't start. We got it working again by drilling a little hole and sticking a screw through that spot to replace the missing plastic, but I'd rather replace the cover if I could. Really dumb that a little piece of plastic can mess up thousands of dollars worth of equipment (Smartboard 2000i).

Again..... insufficient information. I PRESUME you have an NEC system of some type and ASSUME you have an external paging system. IF this is so, THEN there are normally separate adjustment on the Page pac for ringer and paging. Someone probably messed with the input signal or the output volume or the impedance was wrong to begin with.

How many times this standby/power light blinks at one time switch ON? Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON; you can get an idea about the faulty circuit stage inside the TV. This will make repair easy. AMR (Adaptive Multi Rate) is common audio file format for mobile devices like mobile phones, laptops, portable recorders.. etc.

in fact totem movie player can't play any amr files (files encoded in amr codec) by itself. Totem Player depends on Gstreamer libs, which haves necessary media handling components .

from your post its not clear that whether your totem can't play movie files from the very beginning or just you can not play movies recently.

your totem player may lacks Gstreamer library files or somehow your Gstreamer libs got corrupted recently.
Reinstalling Gstreamer Library file may help you.
