hi, i whant to be driver of NEC Lavia 750/8 laptop

In this case the reason the NEC site may not be the place to go for drivers is that the machine is distributed in Japan and the only NEC support is from the Japanese NEC website (or so it's said).

This page was compiled by someone who experienced the same frustrations you did. It lists the individual parts so you can look up and download the drivers for your machine from other locations on the web. Using that guide you should be able to Google any of the stuff listed there.

Restart your computer.
As soon as it starts the start-up process, keep tapping the F8 key, repeatedly.
When you see the Windows "start-up" menu, select "start in safe mode".
Does your monitor work in this low-resolution (640-by-480 or 800-by-600) mode?
If so, then you had configured Windows to a too-high resolution that the NEC did not support.
Choose 1024-by-768, and click "Apply", to test that the NEC supports this mode.

Try connecting the NEC to some other computer, to see if the NEC itself is the problem.

Audio driver : soundmax AD198x ac97 v5243 (this is difficult to be found in internet) , it is provided in my nec driver cd but it doesn't work. If you have the same case, try to download soundmax AD198x ac97 v3890 (you can find it easily by google) , it works.

I have lost my audio drivers after formating my nec versapro vy10F notebook. where an I get the drivers?

I just wanna share information for NEC Lavie RX (LR700/8E) owners. 
The NEC Lavie models are distributed only in Japan. so you won't find references of this model in the NEC sites except in the Japanese NEC website. Unfortunately, the site is in japanese language only. Also, it doesn't provide all drivers needed (it is really bad support).

I have experienced how frustating it was to find my laptop (NEC Lavie RX LR700/8E, i bought it from my friend) modem driver. you may try that japanese nec website to look for the drivers, you'll only find the BIOS utility driver, LAN, VGA driver and some useless softwares.

NEC Lavie RX LR700/8E

Audio driver : soundmax AD198x ac97 v5243 (this is difficult to be found in internet) , it is provided in my nec driver cd but it doesn't work. If you have the same case, try to download soundmax AD198x ac97 v3890 (you can find it easily by google) , it works.

VGA : ATI Mobility Radeon 9600, it is popular and well known, so it should be no problem to find this device driver.

LAN : Intel Pro/100 VE network and UGJZ 11ab/g MiniPCI Network Adapter (wireless), they are included in my driver cd. they work fine. I think they can easily be found by googling.

it is included in the driver cd, and works well.

Memory stick and SD card driver : Ricoh memory stick controller and Ricoh SD Bus Host Adapter. Search of these drivers was quite frustating, but finally i got them. Try the similar device drivers for NEC versa E6000 (quite popular). But i've figured out that these drivers are quite easy to be found by searching in google.

Modem driver : This was the most frustating driver to search. first, by using Unknown Device Identifier, i was able to identify the chip (it is intel 82801dbm modem controller ICH4M). The japanese NEC website and my NEC driver cd are useless. so i tried to search by googling. after 2 weeks searching and investigating it further, i found it !. It is actually Agere Systems AC'97 Modem. You can get it by downloading the modem driver for NEC Versa E6000 or trying NEC Versa E6xx modem drivers. It works!. as additional info, the Hongkong NEC website provides drivers of many NEC versa model, i downloaded the files from the site. it is good site. or you may try googling it
