I HAVE A NAXA NX-671 AND CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO
I got a 671 from jujudeals.com and the exact same thing happened. When I talked to them, they said to first, go into clock mode. While you're in clock mode, press and hold select (SEL). Still holding select, use the Fast Forward and Reverse buttons to change the time. FF will change the hour, REV will change the minute. Volume on tv when turned all the way up is at a whisper

Thanks for using FixYa. Please check the audio with a DVD
player or cable box. Also try using component cables if using a RCA component
cable or vice versa. Check that all of the
cables are plugged into the back of the TV & MUTE button is not pressed. Do
a hard reset by unplugging the power cord for more than 4 hours and power it
again, then go into the on-screen-menu and make sure the sap is off and stereo
in on. Also try audio from Phone and 3.5mm jacks (if equipped). If this all
didn't resolves the issue then it is an Audio IC or bad speakers/speaker
connection. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved else post a comment for further assistance.

Tries websites Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy a A/C power cord for the LCD tvs.Check ur tv A/C power hole in ur tv what it look like copare it with the picture going to buy in the wesites make sure they match and look alike to work on ur tv.

Screen is incredibly dark, as if it was burned
The LCD back light has blown, to buy a replacement you will have to visit the naxa site and see if they do spare parts, or can give you a contact number for repairs. Because it is a small lcd changing the back light might be tricky, it might be worth taking it to a repair store to see how much it would cost for the repair.
I hope this helps a bit, sorry i cant give any more info on how to get a replacment part.
Screen rolls and jumps
look at the back of your tv and see if you have anything in relations to verticle hold or horizontal hold. it would look like a round piece with a flat to put a flat screwdriver into . this way you can adjust your screen etc.
