When you go to the BlueTooth option in the Menu, you will find an option where by you make it visible to all. Please slect this and then the phone would be visible to all BT devices. Also there is an option to search for all BT devices within range. Select this and see your GPS. Select GPS and PAIR with it from the options. Once paired you will be able to use GPS and phone together.

Unfortunately its an old model no updates are available.
However you maybe able to get a little for it on ebay.

My Evesham nav-cam 7000 model ps1025 is showing the following:-fatal application error Application Mobile Navigator.exe has performed an illegal operation and will shut down.If the problem persists contact the program vendor.Program 0xc0000005 Address 000d026c.What can i do to remedy and get a cd disc for it?

how long have you been using this Unit? The problem is either from the charger or the battery.

A charger can sometimes charge the battery, but might not give it full charge and this can cause the battery not to hold charge.

Also, the battery cell might be weak, and this can also not make the it hold charge.

You will have to purchase another battery. But before you do so, look for someone (family or friend) that uses this type of unit. Test the person's battery with your unit and if it works well, then it means you are free to buy another battery without any problems. Test the charger as well.

The battery is mostly the cause of the problem, but the charger also, has to be tested for clarity.

Well you may press the Sleep / Wake up and Hardware Reset Switch to reset your amcor GPS this switch is located on the back side at center position. After resetting it again try to connect it with your phone and let us know if further you have the same issue.

Sorry to disappoint you, but you won't find them.

SatNav mapping costs a lot to produce. The publishers only have a limited lifespan before they're out of date there's not much time to recoup the initial investment, make a profit, and generate seed-money for the next map. As a result, nobody offers these maps for free.

You might find illegal downloads for some SatNav brands, but almost without exception they'll be at least as out-dated as your current maps. You certainly won't find any for your model though: it's not a major brand and Evesham simply doesn't offer map updates for the Nav-Cam 7000.

If you want to update your maps, you only have one option: buy a new SatNav. Given how clunky and awkward your current model is and the almost universally bad reviews it received you may wish to consider a different brand next time.

if u mean update then u must go to the manufacturers support web site and see if any maps software has been released, then you must purchase the right to download and use it.

I couldn't find anything but bad news about this unit, so I can see why you're having a problem. The only thing you could probably do is use an external antenna. Read the following review, someone else had your problem and it was an athermic windshield blocking the signal. Here's discussion #3:

The 6400 is 3.6 inches wide. I did find this product that opens up to 4.5 inches. It should work as a replacement:

Check the fuse in the end of the car charger. The tips usually unscrews, and in some cases you will have to take it apart to get at the fuse. If the fuse is still good then most likely the wire is broken or the soldering has let go at the end that plugs into the cars power plug. Replacements are sold at most locations that sell these units or if you are really stuck, try one of the major truck stops, these are a common wear out device for truck drivers.
