I have encountered this same issue on my vista pc. The program works fine on my xp laptop, but not on the vista pc. Must be a vista issue. Will update as I find more info.

please check your country that you register when you created your gamertag/gamer profile here is the steps to check your information on your console:
1.press the guide button
2.go to settings area
3.select account management
4.then go to profile
5.you'll see the information that you have placed when you registered the account

Or check to the website of xbox
1.sign in
2.go to marketplace
3.select account management
4.click contact information

2. Video
3. Setting.(
click setting then go general setting.

You can find folder path in geneal setting option in output folder then click browse for files.

avg is free but if you really want your PC protecting buy one or use torrents to get one for free but i am not explaining this as it is illegal but i anti virus programs are overrated if your careful of the sites and things you download yo will be fine without one trust me hope this has been of help

I had the sam problem and it was because I had a virus. If your computer is in perfect working condition than you have got a bad batch of DVD's. Have you scanned your computer for viruses lately?

First, Uninstall your program using Add/Remove Program in Control Panel.

Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

Note: Be aware of shared files don't remove them, it will affect other programs that use that file

After Uninstall, restart your computer

Then start again, proceed to installation of your program.
