They can be repaired but depending on the damage if it smoked at anytime it could be destroyed and would just be better to replace it with a new one.. Now for repair you would have to take it to amplifier tech at a near by sound and audio repair shop....being both fuses are good it is most likely the amp got burn out do to the orange juice or any liquids at that, wish I had better news....Hope this helps and good luck...

You don't need a Nakamichi CD player. Any CD player will work. Just look at the manufacturing date, you don't want one made before 2000 or so, they got a lot better about that time. The Sonys are generally good and easy to find.

Purchase a new battery I think there's something wrong with it. Did you check the battery's output with a multimeter?
