Probably not plugged. Those machines use air pressure to move the hot water around. It sounds like there is a leak or bad compressor. Take it back.

First clean and please try again Fill the reservoir with water. Place your mug underneath the machine. Add the K-Cup. Choose your serving size. Press the brew button to begin brewing. Enjoy your delicious cup of coffee! .

Make sure you are putting enough water in the resevroir.
