Como saber el codigo para

0023, 0024, 0043, 0044, 0045

I am a quadriplegic and presently I have one

You haven't told us what is the model of the remote you are now using it so we can't know what are its stored set of controls and if the one for the new box are between them. But there is another possibility: a so called learning remote - a remote that can learn the commands from an original remote. So if your present remote is a learning one - almost surely is, since there are no universal remotes designed with codes for door opening or thermostat changing - then all the persons helping you will have to do is to program the new remote's commands in it the way they programmed the other unusual commands, so no need for a preprogrammed set and its 3-digit entry code.

Dct6416 code s0900 for cogeco

Hello,

Be patient for a while or a little longer if you have been waiting. The channel will certainly come back.

There might be some signal problem from your network provider. Or call the customer service of your network provider and they will resolve the problem.

Give the code shown on the receiver to our network provider and it will be used to rectify the problem.

Good luck.

When you try to view

i had a similar problem with an IR system once. thats the thing that makes it so you can hide the box in a closet so you dont have to see it. it was the ir that was the problem and ABT replaced it. try to find out if the box or the remote causes it. maybe a down button is stuck in on one or the other. if you put away the remote and use the buttons on the front of the box does it still happen? good luck

S0900?

Poor signal. Check connections at all Coaxial connectors. Should be tightened. Unplug a/c from rear of DVR for 30 seconds. Allow time for DVR to reboot and update. Try again. If not resolved, call tech support for your cable company. May have to boost your signal.

Looking for the meaning of error code on the CED

DUI is actually trying to display DVI on the box (the LED won't display the V and makes it a U). You typically see this error when your connected to your TV through an HDMI cable and the handshake for HDPC is lost. The box thinks your TV doesn't support it and wants you to change your connection. The error should go away once it finds that handshake. If you were using a different input on your TV, maybe a composite or something for a DVD, and then switch back it can get lost. If it doesn't clear right away try shutting everything off and turning it back on by turning on the TV first and then the box.

I received an error 4 code on my comcast supplied

Hi chestmcn. Here's how you reset your device to its defaults:

1. Make sure your receiver is plugged in, that it's connected to your TV, and that your TV is turned on.

2. Turn your receiver OFF, then press MENU on the front panel of the box. You will then see a menu on your TV.

3. Using either the up/down buttons on your remote control or the up/down buttons on the front of your receiver to navigate. Use the right arrow button to view the options for each setting.

4. Arrow down to the setting labeled "Restore All Defaults", then press the right arrow button to select that option.

5. Exit the menu and save your changes by pressing the POWER or MENU button.

For what it's worth, this issue may also be related to Comcast reference code error s0900, which means a disruption in service, usually temporary.

In case you run into more trouble with your receiver, here is a link to the user guide- http://www.motorola.com/staticfiles/Business/Products/TV%20Video%20Distribution/Set-tops/QAM%20Set-tops/All%20Digital%20QAM%20Set-tops/DCH3416/_Documents/Static%20Files/DCH3416_User_Guide_537529-001-c.pdf

I hope this helps. Thanks for using FixYa!

How to set a clock on a hd dual tuner dvbr dch3416

The clock should set automatically, synchronized with your cable provider's time. You can't change it, as far as I know. OR does it display the channel number and you want it to display the time? If so, go to your onscreen menu (home), choose setup, choose cable box setup, front LED display: current channel ----> current time.
