Motorola s9 headset not charging
I had the same problem but instead of a red light it would flash green twice and stay off. I could not find the original charger and another plug in charger would not work. I plugged it into my computer with a usb cable and after several seconds it started charging.

Volume turns itself down.
Motorola S9 is a Bluetooth enabled headphone, and it could be paired with a phone or any other Bluetooth device as well.
This headset could support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile). Meaning that even though you are not adjusting the volume of your headset, it might adjust it's volume if the buttons of the paired devices is being accidentally pressed.
If there is also a problem with the paired device, the Motorola S9 might get affected even though there's no problem with it.
Hope this helps. Thank you!

How do I make the microphone work?
The biggest thing woul be check your sound settings on your comptuer and make sure its not muted. also if thier is a switch on the headphone make sure they arnt muted,
to check your comptuers volume settings, look for a speaker phone down by your start menu, or go to your control panel, look for anything that has to do with sound. open that open, and just make sure the mic isnt muted,

How do I reset s9....the green light stays on
If you guys haven't found a solution, you might want to try this out. Have your S9 charger hooked up to the unit and plug the charger into a surge protector. Flick the main switch of the surge protector on and off a few times and it should turn off the unit. Then turn on and pair if need to and it should be fine.
Hope that works for ya!

Motorola S9 headset won't charge batteries
This might work if you aren't using the ORIGINAL charger. I had this problem when my cat chewed through the original Motorola charger. I figured my Blackberry charger would work fine, but it didn't. I then discovered that my Blackberry charger was 700mAH and the broken charger was only 550mAH. When I found another charger with the proper power it charged. I also found that it worked when plugging it into my computer with a standard mini USB. I hope this helps.

Why does my Motorola S9 only play out of the left
Go to the mediaplayer setting and adjust the volume bar... if it is not in centre then move it ti centre bcoz it will produce sound only in that ear where the bar is set... In middle it produces sound in both ears...
