My s9 headphone not on
make sure you charge the S9 using a motorola mini usb AC charger or a mini USB cord plugged into a live port.
press and hold the circle vertical bar until the light is steady blue and pair it with your bluetooth device. you only have two buttons at the rear of the device under the motorola logo.

Set up the headphones and played with the volume
this could be a number of reasons. The device you are streaming the audio from is at a lower volume. The volume control has broken ont he headset itself and wont turn up to full volume.
first determing if the device you are streaming audio on is turned up all the way. If it is and it still wont get any louder. Try to turn the volume all the way up. if you determine it is all the way. It may be the headset. But the only way to ensure this is to actually try the headset on another device

After receiving the 2.2 android
A rule to updating firmware is " If It Ain't Broke Don't Fix IT!"
What you can do is roll back the update to the previous edition.

I have a motorola s9. I had a g1 with no problems.
Do the volume buttons still work? These have been none to have the music controls stop working. Can you still pair it up with a different phone to isolate the problem to the headset itself?
Thank you,
Lee

Problem with Motorola S9 Wireless Headset.
Check:
- Your sound card's Mixer Panel to ensure you have left/right adjusted properly
- Your sound card may have a speaker-test function, my RealTek tests with "Left" "Right" speech
- Check your connectors (head phone & speakers) to ensure they are compatible with your sound card
- Make sure the plug is FULLY inserted in the speaker card socket, it doesn't take much NOT to be fully inserted
dont forget to rate me.......
good luck......

It is frozen with the green light on
try plugging in the charger to the headset, unplug the charger from the AC. If the light goes out see if the headset will connect.
Worked for me this way

Is there anything you need to do to get the
There is nothing special to do to the docking station. I have had some problems with mine not charging also. What I do if not charging is remove the phone and reconnect. Also look to make sure the power cord did not make its way loose some how.
Good Luck and please rate 4 thumbs for the free answer

Try to press the power boton in the same time you plug the charger, after this action mine is working and charging perfectly, maybe this is the "reset" solution... Hope this helps you.
