My s9 headphone not on

make sure you charge the S9 using a motorola mini usb AC charger or a mini USB cord plugged into a live port.
press and hold the circle vertical bar until the light is steady blue and pair it with your bluetooth device. you only have two buttons at the rear of the device under the motorola logo.

Can't get my computer to discover my s9

What bluetooth adapter are you using on your computer? Get the manual for the S9 from the Motorola web site: it will tell you that the blue light is related to mono voice/microphone, and flashing green is all about stereo musioc, no microphone.
So what are you trying to do with your S9?
On your computer it can be hands-free, or a stereo headset. It has two personalities, and you should see the two modes in your bluetooth configuration screen on the PC.
From what I see in the Motorola manual, if you click the right ear button for "Play/pause" it is supposed to kick the headset into A2DP stereo playback.

Just one button wont work

That could be a software glitch with the Ipod not recognizing the button when in use.

Here is a clause on Motorolas website about it:

This device supports Bluetooth Advanced Audio Delivery, Audio Video Remote Control, Hands-free, and Headset profiles. In order for Bluetooth devices to communicate with one another, they must utilize the same Bluetooth profile. To determine the profiles supported by other Motorola devices, visit www.hellomoto.com/bluetooth. For other devices, contact their respective manufacturer.
Certain Bluetooth features including those listed may not be supported by all compatible Bluetooth-enabled devices, and/or the functionality of such features may be limited in certain devices, or by certain wireless carriers. Contact your wireless carrier about feature availability and functionality.

The left ear is louder and much clearer than the right ear

Tried the knife, made it 10% better but no wax to clean, bc a small rubber circle is under the net... 3 good hard plucks made mine work again. Don't be afraid to pluck it hard, I tried it before softer, which didn't work initially. Reassemble, twist it's neck counter clockwise (right ear) and pluck HARD.
