IF you forgot the pin code. You can push the menu button and then enter the security code which is 000000 unless you changed that code as well. If you forgot the security code as well then you have to have the phone reflashed to reaccess it.

Phone won't call out or receive calls
The Droid Razr HD was a Verizon exclusive phone therefore was designed to work on WCDMA technology, that means if you try to place a SIM card from other provider the phone would not work, to verify if the phone will work with the it work please contact the carrier you are trying to make the phone work with .

Why my droid will not staet up
There are a couple reasons it might not start up.
- Ran out of battery.
- Software has crashed
- Screen is broken and won't display anything.
I would recommend taking it to your provider if it is still in warranty to see what options you have.

Why when I try to go to gallery and get message "no external storage available"
Probably you are having some syncing issues, have you tried to turn your phone off and then back on and see if that helps?
You can also try to force stop the gallery and then try to open it back, to do that you just need to follow these steps:
Open your Application Tray
Then go to Settings
Once you are there go to Apps>All Apps
Search for Gallery
Select it
Then select the options: clear cache, and force stop
Turn your phone off and then back on.

How to turn off text clicking
REDUCING KEYPAD VOLUME
STEP 1
Press the phone's menu key, located between the two soft keys on the top of its keypad.
STEP 2
Scroll to "Settings" and press the center key to select it.
STEP 3
Scroll to "Ring Styles," press the center key, scroll to the specific ring profile that you are using and press the center key to select it.
STEP 4
Scroll to "Key Volume," select it by pressing the center button, turn the volume all the way down and press the center button to lock your changes.
STEP 5
Press the soft key labeled "Exit" to exit the menu system.
STEP 6
Repeat this process for every ring profile in which you want the keypad not to make sound when you use it.
