Go to the "SETTINGS" app on your phone. Toward the bottom of the "SETTINGS" menu you should see "ABOUT PHONE " or "SYSTEM UPDATE" (You may see both options). If you see the "SYSTEM UPDATE" option, tap on it, if an update is available for your phone, You will be given the appropriate options to download and install it. If you do not see the "SYSTEM UPDATE" option, then tap on "ABOUT PHONE" then tap on "CHECK FOR SYSTEM UPDATES", if an update is available for your phone, You will be given the appropriate options to download and install it.

Hi Lydia It sounds like your phone is dialing internationally for all calls since your phone is intended for a region other than that which you are using it in. To use it with AT&T you will need the subsidy unlock code from the service provider the phone was originally intended for. Then you'd have to go through the settings to turn off international dialing so it treats dialing as local dialing. I would probably also call your service provider to block international dialing if you are not wanting any unless you specifically enable it before a trip.Regards Maya Motorola Support Team

When your SIM is in your phone and you click reset to defaults it should query the network and set it up as default. Motorola Support

Download vs volume and try that

SIMM card could have dirty contacts, pull out the card and clean the contacts with a pencil eraser used gently and a clean cloth, reinstall. SIMM card could also be from a different carrier than the phone was originally designed for (phone is locked).
