Texting issues - Motorola Razor V3
I think the issue is with the ROM flashed to your device. Get another ROM into your device. Google will help you for the necessary guidance.

Glass window on the front of my v750 shattered while in my pocket
I guess you're talking about the motorola v750 clamshell device.
This device hasn't passed any toughness certifications. So, a hard punch could damage the window. In this case, if the display is working and not damaged, you can either replace the full housing or may be you could find the window only(Window only option is a bit hard to find than finding a full housing)
If by any chance you are referring to a touch based smartphone, there are ways to replace the glass only if your LCD isn't damaged at all. You'll need special tools and skills

My cell phone sometimes do not work
It might be useful to know, in the early days of the digital mobile phone, such messages were very common and folk would remove the SIM and wipe the contacts and all would be well. I remember needing to do that with several phones including my old Motorola c520. Sometimes it needed the treatment every week, sometimes almost daily and sometimes it would be reliable for a month or more...

Earpiece not working after hooking it up with a bluetooth speaker
Go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
The paired devices will be shown.
Delete paired device or unpair device .
This should solve the issue .
Since the mobile is paired with the Bluetooth speaker every time a call comes in the phone automatically connects to the Bluetooth speaker.
Switching off the Bluetooth speaker may also work.

Extracting 500 contacts from broken EM330 phone
This is something that you will not be able to do on your own. If you go to your cell phone provider's store, they will be able to help you with the contact recovery for a small fee. I know Verizon stores charge $35-$50 for this service. If you happen to have a backup program on your phone (like Verizon has one), you can transfer the information to a different phone, but only if you activated the service ahead of time. Good luck to you!

My droid keeps freezing up
Sounds like you have too much running in the backround. Try uninstalling some of the programs you dont use. Even though you dont have the program open and being used, most programs start automatically and run in the backround to receive push notifications, etc. The 3g arrows thing is normal, its just indicative of if data is being sent or received (or both) at that particular moment in time.
