You can get songs on your phone in two ways, Either Purchase online, or you can use a USB Data Cable connect to your phone, (Note when you connect your phone, shut down the motorola phone tools after it starts, this will simplify the process) If you have your Motorola Z3 Drivers installed you plug in your phone, you will see a notice that a new Flash Drive or USB mass Storage device is connected. Open My Computer, then go to the folder containing the music you would like to install on you phone. Now open a second My Computer Screen and select the Drive Letter that represents your phone, this should be the highest letter alphabetically. Open the "mobile" folder, then inside that folder you open the audio folder. this is the folder you install your music to. Just drag the mp3 format music from your source folder to the audio folder. wait till the copies are completed. then go to the bottom right of your screen down by the clock, and click on the little green arrow and Safely remove your device. click stop on the mass storage device..

Menu --> Fun & Apps --> Sounds --> Options --> View Storage Devices --> Make sure that you have "All" checked, not just Phone Memory or Memory Card. If you don't see both Phone Memory and Memory Card listed, than your phone is not recognizing the mini-sd card. Make sure you have it in the phone correctly, and if you do, then I suggest taking your phone to your carrier's local store and having them troubleshoot it for you. But this should fix it in just a few easy steps.

any photo you take with your phone can be sent, the 1600x1200 pixel photos are the largest this phone will take which is a 2.0 megapixel photo, when you send these, your internet provider will require them to be a certain size, for instance tmobile will require that the photos are 640x480, so your phone will resize them, before they are sent via mms. If you send them by bluetooth directly to someone in range they will be the full 1600x1200 pixel size or what ever size you take. Recieved photos must be this size or less and JPG format for them to be viewable on your phone... if they are larger they will not be recieved , this is normal. due to size constraints.. let me know if you need any further help... :-)

Try look in recycle bin. If you have emptied it up, then you need to use recovery software.

While you are in the picture album go to options, then choose manage and then choose delete.

You can also connect your phone to the computer with the USB cord. Navigate on your computer to the correct drive folder and you can delete the album from there. It will be in a folder called pictures.
