Chair stuck in upright position, will not go down

Hard to say definitively without know the make and model of your particular chair but if your chair is anything like mine the same lever underneath it that makes the chair go up and down will also fix this: the lever can slide left and right as well as being flipped up and down. That's what always fixes it when it happens to my chair anyway.

Hi,i need to replace two 12V 7.6ah

You can put any amperage size battery in there that will fit. It's the voltage that is important to match up at 12 volts. Higher amperage is merely giving you more crusing range; kind of like having a larger gas tank on your car. Higher amps will also take longer to fully charge, like filling a bigger tank would take on a car.

It is not possible to replace a graphics card on a laptop. The video chip is part of the motherboard and most likely the fix is a replacement motherboard.
How do you know it is a video card fault? If could just a back-light problem. Please follow my instructions to determine the fault and possible fix - click on this link :-

Where does the extra white wire go from the MC42 electric motor

The red and black wires supply power to the motor to either turn it one way or the other. The white wire is neutral. The motor is dc; look at the nameplate data and it tells you the operating voltage. Black and white make the motor turn one way, power to the red and white and it goes the other way. (Black neg. Red pos.)

Wheelchair seat

Your best bet is someplace like ebay. If that doesn't work contact hoveround. If it is just the cover you could have a new seat cover put on.
