FIRST OFF WE CAN'T SEE IT OR SEE IT LEAK NO PHOTOS POSTED OF SAID LEAK AND A FINGER POINT TO IT. The '02 Mitsubishi Galant does not have a serviceable turn signal flasher. The flashing operation is control by the Electronic Time Alarm Control System (ETACS) Electronic Control Unit (ECU). The ETACS ECU is located behind the left side of the dashboard, attached to the fuse junction block. It receives power from Multi-Purpose Fuse 2 (7.5A) located in the same junction block as well as from Dedicated Fuse 8 (10A) in the engine compartment relay box. Abnormal turn signal operation could be caused by a faulty turn signal switch, wiring or the ETACS ECU. Hello, one of the fans are bad or just clogged up, but only vacuum them off, NEVER blow them out, you'll wind up with dust bunnies in your optics causing blurry spots on your screen. Thanks Techman 57
