How do I take out the spindle on a 1675-1 Milwaukee hole hawk drill

To remove the spindle on a Milwaukee Hole Hawg 1675-1 drill, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Disconnect the drill from the power source and remove the chuck key.
  2. Turn the drill over so that the chuck is facing upwards.
  3. Locate the spindle lock button on the side of the chuck.
  4. Press the spindle lock button and hold it down while rotating the chuck counterclockwise to loosen it.
  5. Once the chuck is loosened, you can remove it from the spindle by pulling it off.
  6. To remove the spindle from the drill, you will need to loosen and remove the retaining bolt that holds it in place. The retaining bolt is typically located on the bottom of the drill, near the front of the spindle.
  7. Once the retaining bolt is removed, you should be able to lift the spindle out of the drill.
It is important to follow these steps carefully to avoid damaging the spindle or the drill. If you are having difficulty removing the spindle, you may need to consult the owner's manual or a certified mechanic for assistance. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to help you remove the spindle safely.

I have a Milwaukee cordless drill/ driver cat#2801-20 will not work but the flash light will work

The battery is not fully Charged. Please charge for 4 to 5 hours. The flash light works because it requires lower voltage than drill/driver to work.

When you have the drill on the drill symbol and on

I think it is the clutch, it must be off a notch on the inside there. The drill symbol is just that, drill, no clutch, No. 1 is the lowest clutch, easiest to ratchet, (supposed to be), and they get harder as you go up. That way you don't break off your screw heads or strip out the screw heads, just nicely torque them in there with the clutch. Have you had this apart? The clutch is pretty basic, you can try getting it apart and see if something is out of place. All it does is put pressure on the check so it won't slip. Check it out.

When drilling the clutch starts to slip

if it slips to easily that is a problem, but it is designed to slip some when the bit binds up in the concrete. If you feel it is too easy, I would not recommend trying to service at home. I used to work on them and they are a pain, the clutch is an assembly and I would recommend taking to an authorized service station so they can check the static slip on the clutch mechanism and then advise whether needs serviced or acceptable.

I have a 4203 Milwaukee the magnet light is on but will not magnetize.

There are electronics in the base including a bridge rectifier that changes the AC to DC . If it or the relay are bad, you will have these problems. Use ohm meter to check bridge both directions.

My Milwaukee m12 sawzall won't run. The fuel lights flash it runs for a second than stops. But once I get it running it runs till the battery runs out. I

New armature + carbon brushes are much cheaper then replace a battery , if the tool give a sharp sound it have a problem with the armature ( it is a frequent problem by Milwaukee but also Panasonic on the Johnson made armatures that have both brands because of the latest winding technique more power but a problem heat dissipation and thermal runaway in the long run. The older Johnson armatures have no problems with the build up inside heat but have only some less and power worn collectors by many operating hours The best option is the cheapest decision first replace the armature only if the tool sounds sharp and not smooth anymore thats the decision and its the best choice if you are thinking that the battery has no capacitance anymore it will have longer life armatures have a lifetime between 2 and 3 years if daily use but can be shorter but no longer for the battery that will stay much longer there is with Li Ion no memory effect to fear Many people are mistaken in the fact that the anchor can be the problem of a rapidly emptied battery. If the armature has no problem the switch could be give the problem too but is relatively more expensive to replace. remove the brushes and make a measuring on both brushholders for the dc voltage that its not faltering without the load of a bad armature 26301807-sbhb5ttune4rgx22muhp5lwi-1-0.jpg

Milwaukee 12v hammer drill/driver stuck in hammer mode model 2408-20

If nothing's broken, you can usually apply and hold pressure in the direction you want to the switch or ring, depending on which model you have, and lightly press the trigger to get it to move.

Milwaukee brushless drill / driver (2801-20) that will not work it fell into water

If the circuit board is damaged, you can contact the manufacturer and possibly get a new circuit board. It would be good news if it were under warranty --maybe. Immediately after immersion and retrieving it, one might try blow drying it (or drying it with a heater). But you can't let it sit around and dry on its own. Chances are, you are fated to get another drill.
