What doe P1 error code mean on a Migali C-U27F Freezer?

In most every case, generally speaking, this code would indicate that the temp probe for the conditioned space has failed. Finding support for this proves to be difficult but in my 30+ years of refrigeration work, this almost always seems to be the issue. I would pursue this area first as the "P" usually means probe.

Why my condenser fan cuts on and off

That fridge should only run the condenser fan with the compressor running. If its cutting off with the compressor running, it's time to change the fan.
