How to access/open the No-Frost System located on top of my Miele tall freezer F7462 SNH-1 ?

To access the No-Frost System located on top of your Miele tall freezer F7462 SNH-1, follow these steps:
  1. Unplug the freezer and remove all items from the freezer compartment.
  2. Locate the air grille on the top of the freezer.
  3. Remove the air grille by pulling it upwards from the front edge.
  4. You should now be able to see the No-Frost System behind the air grille.
  5. Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum cleaner to remove any dust or debris from the No-Frost System.

Miele KFN 12823 SD1 Index 20K 164 evaporator sensor location

The error code you are experiencing on your Miele KFN 12823 SD1 with four beeps and flashing of the super freeze LED, along with the 9 and 5 LEDs on the fridge temperature block, is indicating a problem with the fridge evaporator sensor. This sensor is responsible for monitoring the temperature inside the fridge compartment and is located in the fridge section. According to the service manual, the evaporator sensor for your model is located inside the fridge compartment, behind the light unit and it can be accessed by removing the light cover. The sensor is connected to the main control board via a cable. It's important to note that the location of the sensor can vary depending on the specific model. In your case, since the sensor seems not to be behind the light unit, it could be that it is foamed-in. If you want to replace the sensor, you will need to carefully remove the foam insulation in order to access the sensor. This can be a delicate process and it's important to be careful not to damage the insulation, which can affect the cooling efficiency of the fridge. It's recommended to have a professional technician to help you with the replacement, as it might involve handling with refrigerant and electrical connections. It's also important to make sure that you have the correct replacement sensor for your model and to follow the instructions in the service manual to ensure a proper installation.

I have a Miele KF1901SF Fridge-freezer dripping water inside the refrigerator section

The defrost water drain line is located below the evaporator or cooling part, which is at the bottom of the refrigerator and behind a plastic container that is not easily accessible, and in this case you should use a repairman, which is one of the complications of clogged drain line. Water depletion is the result of defrosting, which is fully explained in the article on refrigerator repairs in District 22 of Tehran.

Miele freezer The fan on my standalone Miele

Hello David Riome, Why are you discovering a FACTORY ASSEMBLY does not fit ...?? (just be sure... KITCHENAID was one of my worst). and keep in mind... ALUMINUM only bends a very few times before it breaks (soft, brittle & very difficult to repair). ((protect it)). The FAN must be free of all obstructions to function. If it is out of balance, worn or broken in ANY WAY... REPLACE IT... Make sure all wires and lines are ABSOLUTELY NOT in contact with the fan bracket... (secured out of the way). Most of these newer units have aluminum evaporators and a FAN BRACKET will easily wear a HOLE in your REFRIGERANT LINES. Like a saw... It may take a couple of years but sure as winter follows autumn... $$$$$ damage from conflicted refrigerant lines. Move the wires and lines away from the FAN. Carnac the Magnificent
