Text jumps around the screen when scrolling in Word 2016
I would need a little more info to be certain of what advice to give, but I have experienced similar issues with text boxes not moving automatically down with the rest of the surrounding text when adding more text above the text box. Also, it could be a margin issue, or a header spacing issue. Your problem could be different though. It is likely something in your document is set to a fixed location. Is your word 2016 fully updated? Or did you turn updates off? That could be the issue if you cut and pasted something from the web or a document from work that has newer behind the scenes coding than your home version supports, or some of the data was copied from a different word processing program like libre office or openoffice...

What is the source of installation do you use to install Office (CD or Download source)?
If you are installing using the disc create a new folder on the computer, copy the entire contents of the disk to a new folder on the desktop and then run the installation from the setup file in the folder and check if it works fine.
If it is a download source file, try extracting the download file using the steps mentioned below and then try to install and check if you are able to install Office.
Click Start, Search programs and files, Drag and drop the .exe file to the Run window and type '/extract' without quotes
Now try to install Office by double clicking on setup.exe
Refer the link below to know how to extract .exe files:

I suggest you download it again. If you paid for it, you should be able to download a new copy free of charge and start the installation process again. If that does not work, I would contact the seller or Microsoft to assist with the install since it is a new purchase.

MS Home and Student products offer several installations - prolly at least two, possibly up to five or 10 depending on the version. I don't remember but both your original installation instructions and your Microsoft account will tell you.
Unless the number of times left message clearly says something different, it's counting what it thinks are trial sessions, then it will cut you off. The other - very slight - possibility is that I've misunderstood your post and it's telling you how many fresh installations your licence has left, which would be what you needed. Either way you will need a ***********. If you've ever been using Works fully, rather than in a trial, you must have used a *********** to do that. I suspect it's listed in your MS account; otherwise MS phone help will rescue you.
If you've already used up your allocation, as by putting one copy one a notebook and another on a desktop, you should be able to first uninstall one and only then make what at first feels like a third but of course, becomes the a new second...
