I would need a little more info to be certain of what advice to give, but I have experienced similar issues with text boxes not moving automatically down with the rest of the surrounding text when adding more text above the text box. I suggest you download it again. If you paid for it, you should be able to download a new copy free of charge and start the installation process again. If that does not work, I would contact the seller or Microsoft to assist with the install since it is a new purchase.

Have you tried turning your computer off and rebooting? Also you might go into task manager and see what processes are running and close any that might be conflicting

You won't find the download link as office 2003 is not supported anymore. the problem could be that you are using MS office 2007 on an Win XP machine. Try upgrading to Win 7 and see what happens.
