• The serial number is only available if you purchase the game. If you bought it online, they emailed you the number. Otherwise, it should be somewhere inside the box that you bought it in, probably on the back of the directions.
• If you are trying to get it without buying the game, I'm afraid that's near impossible.

Go into my computer and click on the syberia disc and click install from there... See if that helps.
