The F30 error code indicates an issue/error with the Dispenser System. It occurs when the dispenser motor cannot be driven to its proper position.

Before spending much time and possible unnecessary work, the E1-F6 code may be nothing more than your bottom cover plate is not in place or missing. Recently was servicing a Maytag 2000 series wash and during the inspecting of the cycles it quit and flashed those codes. I had been testing it WITHOUT the bottom cover plate on. When I went to install it back on the code disappeared. Problem simply solved.

Mine was resolved after changing the Symmons slide valve at the inlet to the hoses. This valve is spring loaded and does not work if not exercised as open and close on regular basis. My hot water supply was completely shut off and cold water remained open at all time. Check the incoming water pressure by unscrewing the hoses from washer and check water outlet by filling the bucket from both sources. Symmons slide valve at the wall is W-400 and was 25 years old.

Disconnect the power for 5 minutes and it should release the lock. Give it a sharp slap as well in case it is sticky. Or Maytag says this Possible Solutions Press and hold the Control Lock Key for 3 seconds to unlock the machine. You will notice the machine count down from 3-2-1. The control lock may be a stand alone key, or it could be a dual function key paired with another button like Extra Rinse, Steam, etc.

before replacing parts. unplug it and from back and under neath get all the dust out,best to blow air in there to remove dust than plug it back in and leave it on number 3 setting for 6 to 8 hours than if cold you can adjust the settings.

Hello, the oven can be turned off from the breaker panel, the Error message F5 refers to your electronic oven control is bad. You can try to reset it by turning the breaker off for 20 minutes and reseting the breaker..if this fails to work you will need to replace the EOC. Unplug from the mains. Lower the drain hose into a floor drain or a pail. You should be able to open the door. If not, run another quick wash cycle. The level switch should work now.

Hi, Please power cycle the dryer and the turn the dial 90 degrees in the opposite direction of the the usual direction that you'd use to set a cycle. Then try to use the dryer again. Thank you.

Program code is located on the serial plate

Press and hold the Door Alarm keypad.

Press and hold the Freezer Temperature Down keypad within 3 seconds.

Release the door alarm keypad and wait 3 seconds.

The control will display PE to indicate the programming mode.

Press the Freezer Temperature Down once more.

The control will display the current Program Code. This should be the same as the program code on the serial plate. If the code is correct, press the Door Alarm keypad for three seconds to exit.

Press the Refrigerator Temperature Up keypad or Refrigerator Temperature down keypad to change the digit value. The decimal point indicates the selected digit. Press the Freezer Temperature Up keypad to select the next digit. Once the correct program has been entered, press and hold the Freezer Temperature Down keypad until the program code begins flashing indicating it’s been saved. Exit the programming mode by pressing any key.

This is an old thread but here is the REAL answer to nonstop flashing 'clean' light after swapping out main board. Hopefully will help someone else. When you replace the mainboard YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE MODEL SELECTOR PLUG FROM OLD BOARD AND TRANSFER TO NEW BOARD. If you do not do so, the 'clean' light will flash continuously. It is easy to accidentally throw out the old board without removing the resistor plug from the bad board as it looks like it's part of the board. Look for a 3 pronged plug top middle of the old board. You can see the resistor wires. You could probably rig something up if you have some inline resistors and threw out the old plug. I suspect you could google what the resistance is supposed to be and cross wire pins in a pinch.
