Its most likely because there's 2 drums, an inner which is the one you are turning and an outer. The outer drum is stationary and always retains some water that it cannot pump out. SkyBox second button will not dispense
If nothing happens, the switch behind the button must be broken, or something on the PCB that the button is mounted to is broken. But if lights blink, then the button is ok and the problem is with the motor or some sensor. When starting the spining cycle I could observed that the pump's cable touch the metal floor. When that happen the "Hr" error code appear inmediately. Conclusion: With years of use the cable's insulation was wear out. I strap the cable so it can not touch the metal and problem solved.
