We got a Marshall mb02 digital blood pressure monitor, but it didn't come with the manual. And we really aren't sure how to work it????

I suggest you contact Omron with your requests for Marshall 80-series blood pressure monitors. Omron seem to have bought / acquired / become otherwise responsible for the Marshall brand. Check the placement of the batteries, they may be turned in the wrong direction or the new ones my be weak. Improper placement is usually the cause.
