Low flow to the burners.

Yes, sometimes spider webs can cause it, as well as the OPD valve in the gas tank locking up the grill's regulator. In addition, a low pressure can be caused my low fuel in the tank.

To solve this problem, first be sure you have adequate gas in the tank. If that checks out OK, do the following:

1. Turn the gas tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.

2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.

3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow).

4. Once the tank valve is fully open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and set the burner
control knob on HIGH. Does the flame height look correct for being set on HIGH? If so, light
the remaining burners the same way. Do all the burner flames look correct? If so, you solved
the problem. Remember, to always open the tank valve Very, Very Slowly.

If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. It runs about $30.00 at any home center or hardware store that sells grills & accessories. If you replace it, turn the tank valve ON Very, Very Slowly.

Hope this helped you to troubleshoot and solve the problem. Happy Grilling!! Thanks for choosing FixYa.

Starter not working on L-42FR-LP

Have you replaced the battery in the ignition module? If not, that's the problem. when you remove the old battery, take not of which way the battery is facing, because you want to install the new battery the same way. Also, check the batter holder for corrosion and clean it with a Q-Tip & WD40.

What is so cool abat them

Having been in the grill business for a number of years, I can truly say, "There's not much that sets Lynx apart from any other high end stainless steel gas grill."

1. They use cast brass burners instead of cast stainless steel (no big difference in longevity there).
2. They use full ceramic briquets as a flame tamer As do several BBQ's Galore Gas Grills.
3 The grill is made entirely of 304 Stainless Steel, with some areas polished to a mirror finish. So does the Fire Magic grills.
4. They have as good a warranty as most of the other high end grills.

Is it a better grill overall, than those you'll find at your local home center? Definitely, Yes!
Is it worth over $2000.00? That depends on how much grilling and entertaining you do and how well you take care of the grill. All of them (High End or Low End) require routine cleaning and maintenance. Don't do it and you'll have problems. Also a good quality quilt lined cover is essential Not a $19.99 vinyl special.

Hope this helped answer you question.

Ignightor dont work and i put a new batt in it

Todd, the first thing to to do, is to remove the battery you just installed and look inside the battery holder for corrosion. If you see any, clean it off with a Q Tip sprayed with WD40. Then reinsert the battery with the Positive Tip (+) end facing you. If that didn't solve the problem, you'll need to trace down the wiring from the igniter module to each spark tip, at each burner. You want to see if all the wiring is intact and not damaged. Also, check the grounding wire from the igniter module to the grill's frame to see if it has come loose or has lost contact. If all this troubleshooting does not find a problem, it's a better than average chance that the Igniter Module will need to be replaced. You can purchase a new one from Lynx or find one online that will fit your make and model grill. Appliance Factory Parts online is a good place to find grill parts, even for discontinued models.

Hope this helped you troubleshoot and solve the problem. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have a lynx L-3

Your scooter has an auto lockout timer. After it sets with the key on, for a determined amount of time, ( all scooters times are different) it will lock out and you have to turn the key to the off position for 9 seconds and then turn it back on. A good idea is to turn the key off when not moving.
When you turn the scooter on just wait 9 secnd before pushing the throttle.

Good Luck

Rotisserie infra red value would

I'm assuming, that after you release the burner knob, the infrared burner goes out. You need to hold the knob in until the infrared burner gets glowing hot. If it doesn't remain lit after doing that, the thermocouple that keeps the burner lit, either needs cleaning due to a grease build up or replacing the thermocouple entirely. To clean it, alcohol and a cotton ball works well.

Hope this helps you troubleshoot and solve the problem.

There is only enough gas to lite one side and the

If this is a Propane gas Grill with a tank ... Turn the tank vale OFF. Disconnect the grill hose from the tank and wait 5 minutes before reconnecting it. After reconnecting the hose to the tank, turn the tank valve on VERY, VERY, SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow). Once the vale is completely open, light the burner farthest from the tank first and turn the burner to the highest setting. If the flame height appears normal repeat this procedure with the remaining burners. If the flame heights do not appear normal, turn the tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose. Remove the tank from the grill and lift it with one hand. Does it feel full or partially full? If not, and it's not a new tank, it may only have enough gas to barely light the burners. If the tank is full or partially full and the first procedure listed above didn't solve the problem, you need to replace the grill hose and regulator assembly. You can purchase one from just about any hardware or home improvement store that sells gas grills. Just take you old one with you for comparison. Remember, always turn the tank valve on VERY, VERY Slowly.

Happy Grilling!!
