I have Luxor 55in TV. The red light that works remote has gone where do I buy new one please?
Question edited for clarity and spelling.
The red light on your television is nothing to do with the remote, it is just a standby light. It is a small red LED. The most likely issue is the batteries in the remote. Here is a trick. Use a smartphone with a front facing selfie camera. Point the remote at the phone and press any of the buttons. On the camera screen you should see the sensor on the front of the remote blink red. If it doesn't, change the batteries and try again.

Why can't it receive BBC123, itv1234, channel 4 5 quest?
We had a problem recently when our tv reception went for a burton - in spite of our local Waltham transmitter being almost visible, having a new mobile phone mast switched on just a stone throw away meant lots of channels disappeared and many of what remained were unwatchable.
I contacted Freeview and they put me in touch with an organisation whose job it is to sort out reception problems of this type. They offered to send an engineer or provide a filter if I could fit it - fortunately I could access the aerial downlead in the attic and the device cured most of the channels but not all.
Unless your tv has a tuner problem, it is almost certainly either an aerial fault or an interference problem, however it should be borne in mind too much signal can produce the same problems as insufficient signal - digital reception is like that...
The first thing to do is disconnect the aerial downlead from the tv and carry out a factory reset or initial installation selected from the main memory. This should clear the station memory. Reconnect the aerial and repeat the reset.
If your stations are still absent, testing the aerial with a different tv is probably the next best step...
