Logitech z3 wiring
I have a logitech z3 subwoofer with a mini-DIN-9 connector socket. It also has a volume control and 110V power cord. As best as i could trace the circuit, and using the TDA7377 stereo bridge amplifier chip datasheet, the pinout for the mini-DIN is as follows (untested):1: L in (to vol.)2: R in (to vol.)3: Power (12V from transformer)4: Standby (5V to play, 0.05mA; 0V to standby)5: L out6: R out7: Ground8: Ground9: GroundConnecting 3 to 4 with a large resistance (~20K ohms) should enable speaker. Pins 1 and 2 might be swapped; pins 5 and 8 might be swapped. Mini-DIN socket pin holes are numbered right to left, bottom row to top row: 9 8 76 5 4 3 2 1
Logitech X-530 5.1 speaker set blows internal fuse
Thats because its a 5amp 250Volts. You must have an older model and the beefed up the fuse later in production. mine just blew, unsoldered and about to replace. It states LF.T5AL250V. Hope that helps everyone. Takes about ten minutes to unscrew a good 20 screws, most of them are bolts and have nuts on the back so be prepared to have a pair of pliers handy, takes a 5 dollar solder gun from walmart to heat up the solder in the two points that are holding the fuse, once solder turns to liquid pull one side out, do the same to the other side to free the fuse. Fuse is in some kind of hold that i nearly impossible to remove (if you removed it then your in good shape, replace and solder in again) if you didnt remove it then head to home depot and pick up a small fuse holder and solder the leads in with just cheap solder from walmart. Be sure not to drip any solder over anything else on the board. Overall pretty easy fix.
Z320 speaker system. Why doesn't it turn on?
Maybe the speakers are broken and need to be repaired and the fuses need to be replaced then inside of the speakers. There are people that fixes speakers and see what the problem is and if it can be repaired or not.If the parts can not be replaced then it would be easier to buy new ones than to fix the current ones that you have.

When I plug in the wheel to my PS3 and put the
frkzila2, did you ever find a solution to this? I bought this for my son a few years ago and he NEVER used it... now he's in his teens and tried using it but it doesn't work... left light blinks, right light is solid, wheel moved slightly when initially plugged in, but no power what-so-ever to the pedals??? did you ever fix yours?
Was working on PS3 but now says unknown USB device connected
judyramil,
First, remove any games in the system. Start he PS3 and go into the options menu.
In there you should be able to set certain devices for use.
If this does not work. Unplug all controllers and the mic. With the PS3 off, unplug the machine at the back of it, and let it sit for a minute. Plug in the microphone again, and turn on the system (with a game in). It should auto detect and work.
If not, if you have the receipt, take it back to where you purchased it and let them know it may be defective. Also, see if the Microphone itself has a menu option built in.
If not, proceed with the return. Most items such as this for computers and game systems come with built in driver systems so they are automatically uploaded to the system for whcih it is inserted.
If this is not happening, it may have been defective from the start.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 connection problems
The 5 + 7 buttons work for teh OLD versions that take FOUR batteries and have the RED Logitech logo.
The New versions, which use TWO battreies has an ORANGE logo use buttons 6 + 8 to reset sticks.
Whatever postition the sticks are in when that battery is put back in will be condiered new calibrated center.
From Logitech:
To re-calibrate, please do the following:
Remove one battery.
Hold the six (6) and eight (8) buttons simultaneously while re-inserting the battery. (NOTE: Do not touch or move the mini-joysticks at all during this time. It is very important that the mini joysticks are allowed to center themselves during this step or the calibration procedure will not be successful.)
The mini-joysticks should now be re-calibrated.

Why does my Logitech z323 sub woofer create static when increasing bass level and how do I fix it?
While a loudspeaker in operation is also a generator, being a coil of wire moving in a magnetic field, amplifier design allows for this back emf so it doesn't cause problems so it is doubtful the drive unit is actually creating static.
It might be due to damp or mishandling among other causes the speech coil of the drive unit is no longer properly aligned and when moving further under increased bass it is rubbing on the magnet. Dust or dirt ingress can have a similar effect.
If it is an active subwoofer it could have an electrical fault (dry joint perhaps or a faulty component creating noise), be overloaded or otherwise mismatched with the amplifier.
