Try to find a new driver for it. Sounds like a software issue.

If your contacts can see you clearly, the problem is not your camera. If one of your contacts has a double image, the problem is at their end. If all your contacts have a double image, the problem is probably with your Skype installation or video.

Do any of you have Follow my face option enabled while trying to use the Pan and Tilt feature? If so, please disable it and try using the Pan and Tilt feature again.

Make sure the Web Cam is plugged in. Click on the link below and then click on the button named "Detect your devices". It will check your computer and then a Blue Shield with a question mark will pop up at the top of the window. Click on that and click on Install This Add-on and follow the promps from there to install.

Start what ever application you want to use Skipe, MSN, etc...(the application will turn it ON automatically for you)... you may need to configure the app the first time you use it... (choose the correct device)...

If you are trying to upload the software from a CD try downloading the installation wizard from the website.
Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.
Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"

In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to check the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11
To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click 'Start', click 'Run', type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK
Run through the tabs checking the 'notes' windows for information
The version will be shown on the 'Systems' tab

Procedure to re-install Logitech software
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Restart computer
Download the Installation package from Logitech
Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must.
Connect your webcam when prompted.

Web Camera's have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.

Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for the Audio and Video to function properly.

A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype

set it up as follows:
Go to Tools, then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Then click on the Video Settings.
The camera, if Installed Properly, it will come up and show a video picture.
Then, on the bottom of the page click save.
The camera and audio should function properly. Your friends and Family will now be able to see and hear you.

B. Yahoo Setup:
After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger

set it up as follows:
Go to Messenger at the top left and click on it.
Next go down to Preferences and click on it.
Next Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
Next go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on "Open the call setup assistant" and follow the instructions on the left window.

C. Windows Live Messenger:

After you start Windows Live Messenger, expand the view by clicking on the square on top left next to the red X.
Then on the Windows Live messenger window on the right side, click on " "Show Menus." And then click on "Show the Menu Bar".
Next go to the Menu Bar on right side, click on " "Action."
Go to "TOOLS" and click "Audio and Video Setting" and follow the instructions.
NOTE: Your audio and video should work. Enjoy.
When done both the Audio and Video will function properly so you can chat and see family or friends you are connected to.

D. AIM (AOL) Messenger:

On the VIM sign-in window click on Edit.
Then click on Settings Enhanced IM.
Next click on Enhanced IM.
Then click on Audio Video.
The Audio and Video portion has drop downs so you can select the proper audio card and video camera installed in you computer.

Speaker
Camera
The audio and camera should function now.

you can try to adjust the lens manualy and if that dont works try to unistall the drivers/software for the camera and reinstall again.

Adjust the Focus: The Logitech Webcam C200 has a manual focus. It may need to be adjusted upon initial use, and from time to time, as bumping and moving the webcam may accidentally knock it out of focus.

1. Locate the knob that surrounds the camera lens (shown below).
2. Twist the knob clockwise or counterclockwise until the camera comes into focus.
Improve the image Quality:
To improve the image quality or avoid any type of blurriness from your camera please verify that the following:

• You have good lighting in the area or room where you are using your C200.
• Your computer has at least an Intel Pentium 4 (2.4 Ghz) processor and a minimum of 256MB RAM.
