I am sorry. But to do this you have to disassemble the whole box, remove the hard drive from the humax boxes and copy the information over with linux.
I know how to do that with ease, however, I can't help you any further from here. There is no simple solution. Maybe you can call a local computer company and say that you want to have your data backed up for a windows computer from your humax. They then know how to work with it.
