Hello.Unfortunately, your software will not run on the Windows 7 operating system. The website for the manufacturer (Carry A Tune), doesn't appear functional. Often manufacturers will update their software for current operating systems, but not Carry A Tune.Hope this helps.

Try uninstalling and Re installing but before you do that do a windows update just to make sure theres no important stuff that needs to be downloaded
