If you downloaded the software from the internet, then the information was emailed to you and you can get it there or you can contact the company using their email address to request replacement when you give them the purchase details. If you bought the software off the shelf, that information was included with the cd.That is the only legal way to get the information you request.Hope this helps..

More than likely your cable is old and should be replaced. Monster cables are a bit more expensive but come with a life time warranty, check em out. If the cable replacement doesn't work, check the sound card. Make shire it is not loose, or full of dust. It may be the sound card is old and needs to be replaced. Another option is the guitar itself. Try plugging it into an amp to make sure it doesn't pop. If it does the same on the amp, you have a problem with your pick ups or the cable connection to the guitar. Hope that helps.

Midi connectors have a small bump on the cord plug. Usually the silver part. Line up the bump on the cord with the bump on the plug in and push. It should go in the hole OK if you just line it up correctly.

Check out your speaker settings in Sounds and Audio devices, in your control panel.
Start - Control panel - Sounds and audio devices - Check the speaker volume under the "volume" tab and the volume controls for audio playback under the "Audio" tab.
