The bump knob rotates in the direction of the trimmer. you will need a pair of channel lock pliers or equivalent hold head with one hand and try turning knob with pliers first anticlockwise (to the left). if you hold pliers wring the knob will spin, hold pliers so that the bottom handle is on the inside.

The answer likely depends on the model number. Here are some lawn genie manuals. I suspect Ace Hardware would have fuses as they sell the Lawn Genie system. Download the manual, hit CTRL plus the F key, enter "fuse" and if lucky, you may spy what you are looking for. Or the contents page may offer access. Did you run the engine any since you had it serviced? If not, that is the issue. The carbs will stop up from just sitting! Take it back to where you get it serviced and complain like hell... DO NOT USE STARTING FLUID IN THIS UNIT!!!!

This is a very obscure printer and there doesn't seem to be any data on it. I would contact someone in the service department. There must be an error on the top cover if it saying that. Look for an optical sensor and clean it, or look for something on the lid that presses into a hole. If it is an erroneous message, open all the covers, doors and the bypass door at the back and look for a tiny piece of torn paper. It's an office machine, staff get a jam, they drag the paper out and then wonder why it doesn't work afterwards, so they say nothing thinking they broke it. They left a piece of paper inside.

Toner cartridge nearly empty is the normal cause. Remove the toner cartridge. Make sure the developer drum and door flap are at the bottom. Hold it 45' one way and tap it 4 times. Hold it the other way up and do the same, then tap it as you move it to level. It is full of toner powder and you are loosening the remaining bit and making them settle to the bottom.
