Assuming that the console stays on, it seem you have one of three problems
  1. Your front roller is faulty
  2. Your Treadbelt is loose
  3. Your drive belt is loose
You may also have a combination of two or more of the above issues.

This is common for a bad display board. The only resolution to this problem is to replace your display electronics or the console as a whole.

Using a wrench, you remove the left pedal as you would loosen a normal, left hand threaded bolt. The right side is a reverse thread and would need to be loosened in the opposite direction.

Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this issue is to replace the clutch and possible the shaft it rides on.

If the battery continues to fail, I would check the alternator brushes and see if they need to be replaced. Chances are they are worn and the battery is not being recharged sufficiently.

You have posted this question in the Stair Climber section, but the error you are listing is a treadmill error code. The following information should help.
Probable Cause A) Incline control error.
B) Insufficient power source.
C) User exceeds weight limit.
D) Unit will not lift.
E) Unit thinks it is always at 0% incline and only lifts up.
F) 3 amp circuit breaker has tripped.
G) CPU board has stuck relay.
H) Lift motor is faulty.
Corrective Action A) Access the incline manual mode in diagnostics by pressing 9, 1, 9, ENTER and then pressing HILL program key. Incline the unit with two people on the unit. B) Ensure treadmill is connected to a dedicated 120V, 20 Amp circuit.
C) Advise user of unit's weight limit of 300lbs (137kg).
D) Perform the lift test procedure by pressing 9, 1, 9, ENTER and then pressing HILL program key.
E) Inspect the home switch for smooth operation and inspect the wiring of the home switch for damage or poor connections. Inspect the lift motor cable connections and for the presence of the suppressor board (should only be 1).
F) Test the circuit breakers and replace if necessary.
G) Replace the CPU board.
H) Replace the lift motor.

Some of these units have 9 volt battery found in the back of the console. Also some of these units that do not have the 9 volt battery, still used the same console shell. If you have an empty spot with no wiring in it, then you are fully relying on your external power supply. I am attaching a link to the picture of the back of the console I am referencing.
