Why has My ICN 3066 has stopped cooling?
Sensor failures can sometimes cause this problem - an 'F' error only occurs if the sensor goes open circuit - not misreading. You can enter service mode and get the sensor readings to check - you will need another temperature probe (such as a laser temperature probe), to confirm what the sensor is showing. If the sensor is not at fault, then there may be an issue with the compressor not working - which would be the next issue (or loss of refrigerant - but that is pretty uncommon). Typically an inverter failure causes the compressor not to run. There are service manuals on google for this model that will help you do preliminary tests for faulty components prior to calling an expensive service person.

Liebherr 326L - temperature issue
This sound like it is either a sensor fault causing the compressor to not run, or there is a loss of gas/ compressor fault. Needs a service technician.

I have an apartment size refrigerator with fridge
This sounds like there is a fault in the defrost circuit, so the evaporator is not being defrosted. Alternatively it will be a sensor fault that is reading low and causing the fridge to keep on running trying to reach the desired temperature.
