Lori, I am SO SORRY.. take your phone to a professional.. there are some around that can fix your phone and retrieve all your data.. Do you subscribe to a data saving app? Do a google search in your area.. and go to your wireless provider and ask them for help and recommendations.. Again, I am so sorry...my prayers are with you!

U are not using an original LG battery. They have some sort of chip inside them for ID purposes. When you use another battery, even though it fits properly, the phone will not charge the battery!!!! On my LG the off brand battery works but I have to use a universal charger to do the deed and not the phone. It appears LG has taken it one step further by not even allowing you to use a non LG battery! That really bites!!!!!!!!!
