I had the same problem initially for the longest time, but I finally found the MEID number...I don't believe the Voyager has an ESN; I think it only has a MEID number. I also have the Voyager, and I am trying to switch from the phone I'm currently using to my Voyager (my other one broke.) But the MEID number is on the inside of the phone, where you place the battery/back cover. It should be on the sticker that says "MODEL NO" on top. And right below where it says "MADE IN KOREA," it should read "H/W REV : 1. 0" unless your number is different. Right below that it should read "MEID : ," with the 14 digit number; I hope this helped!

You want to load music to your phone. There are two ways to load music.

1. If you have a USB cord you can attach phone to your computer. If your phone is not detected it is not a plug and play phone. So you need to install the CD driver first. Once your phone is detected you can load the music now. Just copy the music and paste it to your phone.
2. In other way you can load music through the use of the memory card reader. Get you memory card in your phone insert it in the memory card reader and plug it to your computer. It is readable to your computer. After that you can copy and paste the music.\

That is the two way to load music.

Hi. not sure if this would work, but let's give it a try. Open your settings, about phone. Look for the build number and tap it 7 times. It should now display a message "You are now a developer", or something along those lines. Go back to Settings, and look for developers option. It's different in every smartphone, for example, mine is under System. Tap developer option and scroll down until you find System UI demo (or something that indicates or have the word Demo in it), tap it, and then tick it off. I hope this solve your problem. I can't think of anything else.
