PUK Code PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then - Please contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity. Click the middle button and the arrow that says Running application and press "End all"..

Hello, don't worry about that. You still can use your phone when you back at your home country, the only thing you need is LG KP500 unlock code. That code sell at online store and you just need to wait for a couple of minutes to get that lg unlock code.

This procedure is for LG CT810.

To RESET your phone back to factory defaults which will erase all current content and revert the device back to original shipped configuration:

1. Turn off your phone,
2. Remove the back panel and take out the battery for about 30 seconds,
3. Put the battery back into the device and replace back panel,
4. YOU MUST PRESS AND HOLD THE FOLLOWING BUTTONS SIMULTANEOUSLY!
a. Left Volume Down Button, AND
b.Right Camera Button, AND Power Button
5.Hold them until you see the green Windows Mobile startup screen and then you can let go,
6. After a few moments, you should see the initial screen caliberation screen,
7.Your device is now RESET/RESTORED to Factory Default (this assumes you have not applied a custom ROM, in which case the reset will simply go back to the defaults of that package)

activate gprs by calling your network service provider then ebuddy will start working

the size can't be bigger then 250x400

click on the center button the the way bottom of the phone. a screen will pop up and then to the far right there will be a arrown click on it. then the screen will change to operating applications and at the bottom of the screen click end all. i had the same problem. :D
