my phone is a bit different to this but try going to your menu button then your settings button then connection button then to bluetooth -should be able to have it on or 0ff and the icon on the front screen should dissapear .hope this helps

Only way to get a PUK code is to call your service provider. That is a sim-lock code and you attempted too many times with the wrong code.

You cannot track any cell phone unless you have Icloud and possibly an apple phone, I had my iPhone stolen and my laptop in my car took me right to the house that had it and I had to police waiting, it actually gave me a bit of a power trip...LOL
